Description:
The Frick RXF 101 H is a single-stage high-stage refrigeration screw-compressor package (“H” = high stage).
- Compressor displacement: 1013 m³/h (596 cfm)
- Speed basis: 3550 RPM motor
- Refrigerants: ammonia (R-717), halocarbon, or hydrocarbon refrigerants
- Maximum compressor casing / shaft-seal working pressure: 400 psig
- Oil separator design pressure: 300 psig
- Capacity control: continuously adjustable 25–100%
- Internal volume ratios (Vi): 2.2 / 3.5 / 5.0, automatically selected
- Connections: 5 in suction, 4 in discharge
- Package footprint envelope: approx. 117⅜ in L × 70¾ in W × 66¼ in H (certified drawings required for installation)
For ammonia high-stage duty, the published rating range is approximately 40 to 345 TR, depending on suction and condensing temperature. Example at 0°F suction / 95°F condensing: 132.9 TR at 228.1 BHP. Ratings assume 10°F liquid subcooling and 10°F suction superheat.
